Our carbon fiber parts are vacuum bagged and infused with epoxy resin for super flexibility and strength. We use only the best materials to create the strongest, lightweight parts available.
The a Vacuum Infusion Process (VIP) uses vacuum pressure to drive resin into carbon fiber. Our Materials are first hand laid into the mould and then apply and even vacuum before resin is introduced. Once a complete vacuum is achieved, resin is sucked into the carbon fiber.
By using this process we are able to create a higher fiber to resin ratio while creating uniform, high strength and lightweight parts.
