The C3 water/methanol injection system is designed to suppress detonation caused by high intake charge temperatures when the effective compression ratio has been taken beyond the auto ignition point by increased boost from a turbo or a super-charger. With this system you can gain power from increasing timing, increasing boost or simply increasing safety and longevity of the engine.
In most applications, potential gains can be seen in the 20hp range once properly tuned.
This mod has been proven on large Harley Motorcycles and is now being used on turbo sleds and other high horse power snowmobiles.
